About Prestige Home Services
People you can build with.
A local team, a family tradition of construction, and care for the details that make a home work better.
Based in Burlington, Washington, Prestige helps homeowners throughout Northwest Washington turn ideas into thoughtfully planned, carefully built spaces.

Our story
Construction runs in the family.
Ryan Imus comes from a family whose ties to construction span generations—from his great-grandfather and grandfather to his father, uncles, and cousins. That connection to the industry is part of the foundation behind Prestige Home Services.
Ryan founded Prestige to help homeowners make meaningful improvements to their homes. Today, our work includes custom decks and outdoor living, residential remodeling, interior carpentry, cabinetry, and door and window projects.
We bring those services together around a clear scope, thoughtful material choices, and practical construction details suited to the home and its setting.

How we work
Care in the decisions. Care in the details.
Good construction starts before the first material arrives. We connect your goals with a clear plan and the conditions that determine how the finished work performs.
Start with a clear plan.
We discuss your goals, review the home, and define the scope so you understand the work, the decisions ahead, and the next step.
Choose for the setting.
Materials, drainage, exposure, maintenance, and installation requirements all matter. We consider how those details work together for your home.
Follow through in the field.
Our team coordinates the work, communicates about changes, and gives attention to the function, durability, and finish of the completed project.
Meet the team
The people behind your project.
Planning, coordination, craftsmanship, and finish work come together through the people doing the work.
Ryan Imus
Founder & President
Ryan founded Prestige Home Services and leads project qualification, estimating, scope development, material selection and construction coordination. His work connects homeowner goals with the practical requirements of decks, outdoor living, exterior construction and substantial remodeling.
Ryan also reviews the technical guidance published by Prestige so recommendations remain tied to real field conditions, manufacturer requirements and Northwest Washington construction.
